dc.description.abstract Purpose: To find out the effectiveness of a mill’s manipulation for tennis elbow patient. Objectives: To assess the effect on pain and disability of tennis elbow patients after applying conventional and a specific physiotherapy treatment. Methodology: The study was a quantitative clinical trial. 29 patients were allocated based on inclusion and exclusion criteria into two groups. In control group (n=14) patient received conventional physiotherapy and in experimental group (n=15) patient received a mill’s manipulation additionally. The age range was 20-65 years old. They received 6 sessions of treatment. Patient Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation were used in the study to see the effectiveness in the pretest and posttest values of pain and disability. Results: After completing treatment sessions the study found that Effectiveness of a mill’s manipulation is not significant enough between the control and experimental group analysis, but can be used for treating LE. More study is required regarding this issue. Conclusion: The quantitative clinical trial showed that within group result is significant but between group analysis shows that the experimental treatment is not significant enough.
