dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of group therapy was outcome of ponseti method for the management of clubfoot patients at CRP patient’s outdoor department. Objectives: To compare the initial and discharge functional level of the clubfoot patients, to explore the outcome of ponseti management among the clubfoot patients, to find out the current clinical practice in Ponseti method for clubfoot patients, to identify the Sociodemographic information of the clubfoot patients. Methodology: The Study was done under retrospective design; retro-spective study design was selected for the study. Total 35 participants with clubfoot patients were selected through convenience sampling from Patients outdoor department at CRP, Savar, Dhaka. Results: After three to six session intervention significant changes found in functional improves severely to moderate 3%, severity to normal 83% and moderately to normal 14%. Ponseti method is effective for clubfoot patients. Conclusion: From the small project it can be suggested that, Ponseti method is effective for clubfoot patients. This study highlighted the significant improvement of the clubfoot patients after Ponseti management. Without proper Ponseti management the proper recovery of clubfoot patients cannot be achieve. As a whole the clubfoot patients getting functional improvement after Ponseti technique and the result were significant. Last of all this study will try to represent the strong evidence of the outcome of ponseti management en_US
