dc.description.abstract Background: Low back pain has been described as a major health concern as it is the primary cause of disability worldwide. It is one of the leading causes of disability. People with low back pain experienced psychological, socioeconomic, and physical effects. In the United States, the percentage of people with disabilities is rising, as are the expenses associated with them. Physical and psychological impairments are characterized as disabilities. In summary, the rehabilitation process for LBP patients at CRP is hindered by a combination of socio-economic, psychological, and physical barriers. Addressing these challenges requires a multifaceted approach that considers the complex interplay of individual, environmental, and institutional factors. Future interventions should focus on reducing financial barriers, providing psychological support, enhancing physical accessibility, and improving healthcare infrastructure to ensure that LBP patients receive the care they need for effective rehabilitation. Objective: To investigate and identify the barriers hindering patients from receiving physiotherapy intervention for low back pain who are attending at CRP. Methodology: A qualitative research design was implemented using in-depth interviews to identify the barriers that cause low back pain patients to take physiotherapy interventions at CRP. The data analysis mainly involved the transcript of the interviews, defining units of analysis and setting a code scheme then incorporating those units into the next stage of data collection. Purposive sampling technique was used to collect data in order to attain most accurate information according to specific characteristics or experiences relevant to the research question. Result: In this section coding was used to understand the participants statement and to generate the themes. In this research the results of the study are discussed in relation to the research questions and objectives of the study. The descriptions of the themes are according to the answer of the participants. Conclusion: Patients may find it extremely difficult to attend required therapy due to problems such limited mobility, financial difficulties, and a lack of knowledge about accessible options. However, the major barrier is lack of knowledge about CRP and Physiotherapy treatment that hinders the patients with LBP to take the effective measure for their rehabilitation.
