Disscussion on some Controversies in Community Based Rehabilitation

This paper deals with the changes that have taken place over the last decade in community based rehabilitation (CBR) and then discusses some controversial issues in CBR in developing countries, with particular reference to South Asia. These controversies have already been debated in the past using different arguments, and hence it is pertinent to state here that this discussion is based on the work of the authors in South Asia over the last fifteen years = Asian Pacific Rehabilitation Journal
